Creating our dishes in such confined surroundings has it’s challenges.
One of these challenges is how we handle allergens.
Allergens such as milk, gluten, nuts and crustaceans are central to many of our recipes.
We do not have the space to prepare dishes in a way that can guarantee that those dishes would be 100% allergen free, so we have a simple policy:
If you have an allergy or intolerance to any of the 14 recognised allergens we cannot guarantee that these may not be present in our food.
